700R4 / Early 4L60
Older GM overdrive units with rebuild and upgrade options available for street, cruiser, and classic truck applications.
Supported Units
Below are common supported and frequently requested transmissions and drivetrain services. Additional units may be accepted depending on application, parts availability, condition, programming requirements, and build scope.
Don’t See Your Unit?
Send the vehicle details and symptoms first. Some transmissions and drivetrain units may be accepted even if they are not listed here.
Text Unit DetailsGM Transmissions
GM truck, SUV, classic, and heavy-duty applications are among the most common supported work. Final direction depends on vehicle use, internal condition, converter choice, and build level.
Older GM overdrive units with rebuild and upgrade options available for street, cruiser, and classic truck applications.
Common GM truck and SUV transmissions with stock, daily-driver, upgraded, and stronger reliability-focused build options.
Reliable 3-speed automatic used in classic applications, hot rods, older trucks, and simple non-overdrive builds.
Heavy-duty 3-speed automatic known for strength, durability, and use in higher-load or classic performance applications.
Heavy-duty overdrive units commonly used in towing, work trucks, swaps, and stronger GM drivetrain builds.
Accepted case-by-case depending on condition, scope, programming needs, parts situation, and whether the job is a good fit.
Ford Transmissions
Ford transmission support depends heavily on the vehicle, failure type, parts availability, electronics, and whether the repair scope is realistic.
Light-duty Ford overdrive units with rebuild options available depending on application, condition, and parts needs.
Common Ford transmissions used in trucks, SUVs, and rear-wheel-drive platforms with rebuild support available.
Medium-duty Ford overdrive units accepted depending on vehicle, condition, hard parts, and build requirements.
Accepted selectively depending on parts, failure type, condition, and whether the job is a good fit.
Classic Ford 3-speed automatic accepted for supported rebuild work in classic and older performance applications.
Strong classic Ford 3-speed automatic accepted for supported rebuild work, including truck and classic applications.
Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep
Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep transmission work is accepted selectively. Some units are straightforward, while others require more caution due to electronics, diesel use, hard-part cost, and failure pattern.
Light-duty Chrysler automatics commonly found in older applications, accepted for supported rebuild work.
Common Jeep and Dodge hydraulic units with rebuild support depending on application and condition.
Accepted depending on application, symptoms, electronics, hard parts, and overall condition.
Gas and diesel truck applications accepted case-by-case depending on build requirements and internal condition.
Diesel and heavy-use applications reviewed based on power level, converter needs, hard parts, and customer expectations.
Only accepted after inspection due to complexity, parts cost, failure pattern, and the importance of proper build direction.
Additional Drivetrain Work
Transfer cases, differentials, bench builds, and supporting drivetrain components may also be accepted depending on the unit, vehicle, symptoms, and parts availability.
If the problem feels like grinding, binding, popping, whining, vibration, leaking, no 4WD engagement, or drivetrain noise, send the details before assuming it is only the transmission.
Ask About Drivetrain WorkInspection, reseal, and rebuild work available for select transfer cases.
Front and rear differential service and repair accepted depending on application.
Bring in a supported unit for teardown, inspection, and rebuild without vehicle-side labor.
Additional transmissions and drivetrain work may be accepted after review.
Important Fit Note
The same transmission can need a very different repair depending on the vehicle, symptoms, mileage, prior work, internal damage, converter condition, cooler contamination, electronics, towing use, tire size, and customer expectations.
Some units are accepted quickly. Some need inspection first. Some are better declined if the scope does not make sense. That selectivity is part of keeping the quality high.
Local Supported Transmission Work
Integrity Transmission & Drivetrain accepts supported transmission rebuilds, bench builds, transfer case work, differential service, and drivetrain repair by appointment for customers throughout the local area.
Supported Unit Questions
No. Listed units are supported or commonly requested, but final acceptance depends on application, condition, parts availability, and build scope.
Send the vehicle details anyway. This list is not complete, and additional units may be accepted case-by-case.
Some transmissions require programming, expensive hard parts, special tools, or inspection before accepting the job confidently.
Yes. Supported transmissions can be brought in for bench rebuild work after the unit and scope are reviewed.
Need To Check Your Unit?
