Workmanship
Coverage may apply to defects in workmanship directly related to the covered repair or rebuild performed by Integrity Transmission & Drivetrain.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage is handled in writing so customers understand what is covered, what is excluded, what the claim process looks like, and why supporting systems matter after a transmission or drivetrain repair.
Quick Summary
Warranty coverage is limited to defects in workmanship or installed components directly related to the work performed by Integrity Transmission & Drivetrain.
Ask About CoverageWhat The Warranty Covers
Warranty coverage applies only to the transmission or drivetrain components serviced or rebuilt by Integrity Transmission & Drivetrain, for the warranty term listed on the completed warranty agreement.
Coverage may apply to defects in workmanship directly related to the covered repair or rebuild performed by Integrity Transmission & Drivetrain.
Coverage may apply to installed components directly related to the work performed, subject to the written agreement and claim review.

The warranty term depends on the repair package, parts used, converter approval, installation conditions, and completed documentation.
Warranty Direction By Build
The final warranty term is listed on the completed warranty agreement. These are general warranty directions based on the rebuild options currently used by the business.
Budget Option
Basic rebuilds are designed for strict budget situations and may not carry standard warranty coverage unless converter requirements are met.
Daily Driver Option
Standard rebuilds are the most common direction for daily drivers because the repair is handled more completely.
Reliability Option
Upgraded rebuilds are designed for long-term ownership, towing, work use, larger tires, and customers who want stronger reliability planning.
Warranty Determination
A new issue does not automatically mean the original repair failed. The vehicle may need to be inspected to determine whether the concern is related to the covered work, an external system, a new failure, improper operation, overheating, contamination, electronics, tuning, or another vehicle-side issue.
If the issue is unrelated to the original work, diagnostic charges, labor charges, parts charges, or additional repair costs may apply.
Start a Warranty QuestionReach out with your name, vehicle, service date, RO number if available, and a clear description of the issue.
Continuing to drive after a known issue can cause more damage and may affect warranty coverage.
The vehicle or unit may need to be inspected before determining whether the concern is covered.
Warranty approval depends on the written agreement, findings, exclusions, and whether the issue is related to covered work.
Important Exclusions
Transmission and drivetrain repairs depend on the entire vehicle. External systems, customer operation, overheating, contamination, installation issues, and unrelated failures can damage a properly repaired unit.
Abuse, racing, overheating, lack of maintenance, or continued operation after a known problem are not covered.
Improper installation, incorrect fluid use, missing cooler service, or improper setup may void coverage.
Cooling systems, electronics, wiring, sensors, driveshafts, differentials, tuning, and vehicle-related issues are excluded.
Metal, debris, contaminated coolers, dirty lines, incorrect fluid, or outside contamination may void coverage.
Unauthorized repairs, outside teardown, modifications, tampering, or altered components may void warranty consideration.
Towing, downtime, loss of use, rental cars, lost wages, travel, and related expenses are not covered.
Customer Responsibilities
A rebuilt transmission or repaired drivetrain component still needs proper fluid, proper installation, proper cooling, correct operation, and quick attention if something starts acting wrong.
Ignoring leaks, continuing to drive with slipping or overheating, using the wrong fluid, failing to address cooler issues, or modifying the vehicle in a way that affects the repair can all affect warranty coverage.
Warranty Claim Requirements
The original warranty document should be presented at the time of any claim. If unavailable, shop records must verify coverage before warranty work is considered.
Any claim must be reviewed before warranty coverage is approved. A diagnostic inspection may be required, and coverage depends on the final findings.
Local Warranty Support
Integrity Transmission & Drivetrain handles warranty terms in writing because major transmission and drivetrain work should come with clear expectations. Whether the job is a 4L60E rebuild, 4L80E rebuild, bench build, transfer case service, or differential repair, coverage depends on the completed agreement and the work performed.
