Integrity Limited Warranty

Coverage for qualifying Integrity bench rebuilds and coordinated remove-and-reinstall transmission rebuilds.

Version 2026-09-04 • Effective September 4, 2026

1. Warrantor and qualifying work

The warrantor is Integrity Transmission & Drivetrain, Springfield, Missouri. This limited warranty applies only to the original customer and vehicle identified on a paid Integrity invoice that expressly lists either an "Integrity Bench Rebuild Limited Warranty" or an "Integrity Coordinated R&R Limited Warranty." It is not transferable.

Maintenance, diagnosis, electrical repair, cooling-system work, programming, customer-supplied parts, used parts and other services are covered only when the invoice expressly includes them in the warranted scope.

2. Bench Rebuild Limited Warranty

Duration: One year from the invoice date.

Coverage: Defects in Integrity's rebuilding workmanship and the internal transmission components Integrity supplied and installed as part of the approved bench rebuild.

Remedy: After a covered claim is verified, Integrity will repair or replace the covered component or correct the covered rebuild workmanship at its option, without charge for the covered bench work.

Return-to-us requirement: The transmission must be returned to Integrity for inspection and covered repair. Because bench service does not include vehicle removal, installation, towing or transportation, those costs are the customer's responsibility unless the invoice expressly states otherwise. Integrity does not reimburse another shop for repair performed without prior written authorization.

3. Coordinated R&R Limited Warranty

Duration: Eighteen months or 18,000 miles after the invoice date, whichever occurs first.

Coverage: Defects in Integrity's rebuilding workmanship, covered internal components Integrity supplied and installed, and Integrity's approved removal-and-reinstallation workmanship within the invoiced repair scope.

Remedy: After a covered claim is verified, Integrity will repair or replace the covered component or correct covered workmanship at its option, without charge for the covered repair work.

Return-to-us requirement: The vehicle must be returned to Integrity for inspection and covered repair. This is not a nationwide reimbursement warranty. Towing, transportation and repair by another facility are not included unless Integrity authorizes them in writing before the expense is incurred.

4. Customer duties

Use the correct fluid and follow the maintenance, cooling-system, programming, relearn and operating instructions identified on the invoice or provided with the repair. Maintain the engine, transmission cooling system, driveline, electrical system and related controls in serviceable condition.

Keep the invoice, service records and mileage documentation. Report a possible warranty problem promptly. Stop operating the vehicle if continued use could cause additional damage or create a safety risk. Give Integrity a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle or transmission before teardown, repair, replacement or disposal.

5. What is not covered

This limited warranty does not cover a condition to the extent it is caused by an unrelated part or system, normal maintenance, ordinary wear after the warranty period, abuse, racing, commercial competition, collision, fire, flood, theft, overheating, inadequate cooling, contamination, neglect, wrong or insufficient fluid, improper installation outside Integrity's scope, tuning or power beyond the disclosed approved use, altered tire or driveline configuration, electrical or control faults, unauthorized repair, or continued operation after a serious warning or known problem.

It does not cover a customer-supplied part, another shop's workmanship, a condition outside the invoiced repair scope, or a symptom that cannot be reproduced or linked to a covered defect. An excluded condition does not cancel coverage for a separate covered defect.

Diagnostic or repair charges may apply when inspection shows that the concern is outside the warranty. Integrity will obtain authorization before performing nonwarranty work beyond inspection reasonably necessary to determine coverage.

6. How to make a claim

Call (417) 815-3315 or email info@integritydrivetrain.com as soon as a possible covered problem appears. Provide the customer name, invoice, VIN, current mileage, symptoms, codes, fluid condition and recent service or operating details.

Do not authorize teardown or repair elsewhere unless necessary to address an immediate safety emergency or prevent greater damage. Obtain Integrity's written claim authorization and instructions first, preserve replaced parts and provide requested diagnostic evidence. Integrity will inspect and give a coverage decision within a reasonable time after receiving the vehicle or transmission and requested records.

7. Remedy, limitations and legal rights

The repair, replacement or correction described above is the warranty remedy. Warranty service does not restart the original term unless Integrity provides a written extension or applicable law requires one.

Except where the invoice expressly includes them, and only to the extent the law permits, this limited warranty does not cover incidental or consequential loss such as towing, rental vehicles, lodging, lost time, lost profits or loss of use. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Integrity does not disclaim an implied warranty that cannot lawfully be disclaimed when a written warranty is provided. Where the law allows, any implied warranty is limited to the duration of this written limited warranty. Some states do not allow limits on implied-warranty duration or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so those limits may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
