Rules and disclosures for using Integrity's website, educational guides, VIN tools and quote services.

1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply when you use integritydrivetrain.com or its public tools. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. A separate written estimate, repair order, invoice, warranty or reman purchase agreement controls a specific transaction.
The site is intended for adults in the United States. Do not submit information or place an order for another person or business unless you have authority to do so.
2. Educational information is not a diagnosis
Articles, symptoms, trouble-code discussions, cost ranges and transmission-family pages provide general information. Similar symptoms can have different causes, and a VIN or trouble code alone may not establish the needed repair. Do not rely on the site as a substitute for inspection, testing, service information or advice from a qualified technician who has evaluated the vehicle.
Stop driving and obtain appropriate help if a warning, leak, loss of movement, overheating, unusual noise or other condition creates a safety risk or could increase damage. Website content is not emergency or safety advice.
3. Quotes, availability and orders
A quote request is not authorization to diagnose or repair a vehicle. General price ranges are not offers. A price becomes part of an agreement only when it appears in a written estimate or final checkout summary and is accepted under the applicable transaction terms.
VIN results, product availability, freight rates, tax and build times can change and are rechecked before checkout. We correct obvious typographical or system errors before accepting an order and provide the choice to approve a lawful correction or receive a refund.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the public site for personal or legitimate business inquiries. You may not attempt to bypass security, probe nonpublic systems, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, submit false information, interfere with availability, misuse payment or quote tools, or copy the site through automated high-volume requests. Reasonable indexing by ordinary public search engines is allowed.
We may restrict abusive or unsafe access and preserve records needed to investigate fraud, security incidents or misuse.
5. Ownership and third-party services
Integrity's site design, original text, graphics and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Vehicle names, manufacturer marks and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Reference to a vehicle or manufacturer describes compatibility and does not imply sponsorship.
Links or integrations may lead to Stripe, a warranty provider, a carrier, social media or other third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices govern their services. A link does not make Integrity responsible for an unrelated third-party website, although Integrity remains responsible for obligations it accepts as the seller.
6. Website availability and limits
We work to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, carrier systems, supplier services, internet failures or security events may temporarily interrupt a tool. If an interruption affects an order, the specific purchase agreement and applicable law control the remedy.
To the extent law permits, Integrity is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by use of, or inability to use, general website content. This limitation does not apply to an accepted purchase or repair obligation, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or a right that cannot be waived.
7. Changes, law and contact
We may update these website terms prospectively. A change does not rewrite a completed transaction. Missouri law applies without displacing a nonwaivable consumer protection. If a provision is unenforceable, it is limited only as needed and the rest remains effective.
