How Integrity Transmission & Drivetrain handles information submitted for quotes, orders, service and support.
Effective September 4, 2026
1. Information we collect and where it comes from
When you request a quote, schedule service or order a remanufactured transmission, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, vehicle identification number (VIN), vehicle details, mileage, transmission information, installer and programming information, vehicle use or modifications, diagnostic details and messages you send us.
Our website and service providers may also record basic technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time, referring page, error details and security or fraud signals.
We receive information directly from you, from a person or repair facility you authorize, from payment, tax, hosting and fraud-prevention providers, and from suppliers, carriers or warranty administrators involved in your request or order.
2. How we use information
We use information to identify the correct transmission, prepare and recheck pricing, calculate freight and tax, process payment, review fitment and payment risk, arrange fulfillment, coordinate core returns, provide warranty or customer support, prevent fraud, keep required business records and communicate about your request or order.
We may use de-identified or aggregated operational information to understand which services are requested, monitor reliability and improve the website. We do not send VINs, contact details or delivery addresses to advertising analytics. Transactional calls, texts and emails are used to service a request or order and do not by themselves enroll you in recurring marketing.
4. Payment information
Online payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. Integrity receives payment status, totals, tax, customer and order details needed to process the order, but does not receive your full payment-card number. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy and security practices. Do not send complete card numbers through a quote form, email or text.
5. Retention and security
We retain quote, order, payment, tax, core-return, warranty and communication records for as long as reasonably needed to complete the transaction, provide support, resolve disputes and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted, anonymized or retained only where required.
Accepted agreements, payment and accounting records may be retained longer than an unsuccessful quote because they establish the transaction and may be needed for warranty, fraud, tax, audit or legal purposes. Security and service logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for those functions.
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and the services involved, including access controls, encrypted connections and restricted payment handling. No website, email or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information in a message.
6. Your choices and questions
You may ask us to correct inaccurate contact or vehicle information, request access to information associated with you, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights to access, correct, delete or receive information and to appeal a denied request. Some records must be kept for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, warranty, safety or legal reasons.
We may need to verify your identity and relationship to the vehicle or order before fulfilling a request. An authorized agent must provide sufficient proof of authority. We do not discriminate against a customer for exercising an applicable privacy right.
7. Children and policy changes
This website and its online ordering service are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect a child's personal information through online ordering. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information so we can review and delete it when appropriate.
We may update this policy as services or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. A policy update does not change the agreement recorded for a completed purchase.
