Local Repair Expectations

Local Service Policies

How diagnosis, estimates, approval, repair changes, customer-supplied parts, completion and warranty concerns are handled.

Effective September 4, 2026

1. Authorization and communication

A website form, call or appointment request does not authorize diagnosis or repair. Work begins only after you or an authorized representative approves the scope and any disclosed diagnostic charge in writing or through another recorded method permitted by law.

Provide current contact information and tell us who may approve changes. We may communicate transaction details by phone, text or email. Approval of work is separate from consent to recurring marketing.

2. Diagnosis and estimates

Symptoms and trouble codes are starting points, not a complete diagnosis. Diagnostic time may be required before a reliable estimate is possible. A diagnostic fee, if any, will be disclosed before that work is authorized.

An estimate is based on conditions reasonably visible or testable at the time. Hidden damage, contamination, broken fasteners, prior modifications, unavailable parts or additional faults may change the recommended work. We will explain a material change and obtain additional authorization before performing work beyond the approved scope.

Declining recommended work can limit what can be verified or warranted. We will identify declined recommendations on the final paperwork when they materially affect safety, operation or the repair.

3. Parts availability, supplements and timing

Completion dates are estimates unless the repair order expressly guarantees a date. Supplier delays, additional diagnosis and newly discovered conditions can change timing. We will provide a reasonable update when a material delay or supplement becomes known.

We do not substitute a materially different repair, part or price without authorization. If an approved repair becomes impractical, we will discuss alternatives and charges already earned for authorized diagnosis or work.

4. Parts, customer-supplied items and vehicle property

Parts type and warranty are stated on the repair order. Customer-supplied parts are accepted only with prior approval. Unless Integrity expressly agrees otherwise in writing, we do not warrant a customer-supplied part and are responsible only for our installation workmanship. Additional labor caused by an incorrect, defective or incomplete supplied part requires authorization.

Remove cash, firearms, medication and valuables before leaving the vehicle. Tell us about alarms, interlocks, hidden switches, aftermarket electronics or other conditions affecting safe access. Authorization may include reasonable road testing, scanning, lifting and movement of the vehicle needed to diagnose or verify approved work.

Ask before work begins if you want replaced parts returned. Parts subject to a core charge, warranty claim, exchange program, hazardous-material rule or legal retention requirement may not be available for return.

5. Payment, pickup and uncollected vehicles

Payment terms and accepted methods appear on the repair order or invoice. Unless other written arrangements are approved, payment is due when authorized work is complete and before the vehicle or part is released.

We will notify you when work is complete or when a vehicle must be removed. A storage or handling charge applies only if it was disclosed in the signed repair order or later accepted in writing and is permitted by law. Uncollected property is handled only after required notices and procedures.

6. Local warranty concerns

The Integrity Limited Warranty provided with the specific job controls coverage. Integrity bench rebuilds and coordinated remove-and-reinstall repairs have different terms. Warranties are limited to the listed customer, vehicle, approved scope and covered workmanship or components unless the written warranty says otherwise.

Keep the invoice and maintenance records. Report a suspected problem promptly, stop operating the vehicle if continued use could increase damage or create a safety risk, and obtain approval before teardown or outside repair. Integrity must have a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, for an Integrity-administered warranty, perform or direct a covered remedy.

Coverage may be denied to the extent a problem is caused by abuse, overheating, neglect, improper installation outside our scope, cooling or driveline faults, wrong fluid, tuning, contamination, collision, unauthorized repair or continued operation after a serious warning. An excluded condition does not eliminate coverage for a separate covered defect.
